What is the best Eurail Pass for me?
The rule states that residents of Europe are entitled to purchase an InterRail Pass and overseas residents can purchase Eurail Passes.
If you are an overseas resident, who has lived in Europe for six consecutive months or longer, you are entitled to purchase an InterRail pass.
What is the best InterRail Pass for me?
There are four different ranges of Eurail Pass; the Eurail Global Pass, the Eurail Select Pass. the Eurail Regional Pass and the Eurail One Country Pass. For more information click here.
We have a network of sales agents worldwide who can advise you on the best rail pass to suit your itinerary and needs. Most of these sales agents are also able to make reservations for trains in Europe when you purchase your Eurail Pass.

I'm in Europe already, is it possible to buy a Eurail Pass in Europe?

Where can I buy an InterRail Pass?
Yes, Eurail Passes can be purchased online from most of our authorised sales agents and shipped to Europe (note, however that higher shipping fees usually apply). A list of our authorised sales agents worldwide can be found here: www.eurailgroup.org
Alternatively, it is possible to purchase one from a Eurail Aid Office. These are usually located in key railway stations across Europe. Please note, however, that prices in Europe are higher than overseas.
What discounts do you offer on Eurail Passes?
InterRail Passes can be purchased from most participating railways across Europe, as well as from Rail Travel Agents. Alternatively, you can buy your InterRail Pass directly online via www.InterRailnet.com

What discounts do you offer on InterRail Passes?
For travellers under the age of 26, Eurail offers a youth discount, which gives a reduction of around 35% on the regular price of an adult pass. Most Youth Passes are valid for 2nd class travel only.
In addition, we have a Saver Pass discount, which applies to 2 or more customers travelling together and offers an approximate discount of 15% on the price of regular adult pass. Note that some Eurail Regional and One Country Passes do not offer this discount.
Children (usually aged 4 up to and including 11, depending on which pass type you choose) are entitled to a 50% discount for most passes (with the exclusion of some Regional and One Country Passes).
What additional discounts am I entitled to if I purchase a Eurail or an InterRail Pass?
For travellers under the age of 26, InterRail offers a youth discount, which gives a reduction of around 35% on the regular price of a 2nd class adult pass. Youth Passes are valid for 2nd class travel only.
Children (aged 4 up to and including 11 on the first day of validity of the pass) are entitled to a reduction of 50% on the price for adults in 1st or 2nd class.
The Eurail Group has several agreements with Business Partners across Europe, offering discounts to Eurail Pass and InterRail Pass holders for certain museums, sightseeing trips, ferry crossings and some hotels.
When you purchase your Pass you will be issued with the InterRail Traveller's Guide or Eurail Traveler's Guide (depending on which pass you purchase). In this guide, the details regarding benefits are listed, together with information on how you can book your ticket. Note that most benefits need to be booked at the company's local office in person.
